About Us

A small company owned by Ron and Paula Santilhano, Pavers & Ponds Plus is headquartered at our home in Winchester, Virginia. We offer consultations and can help you design your next outdoor project.

Unlike some larger companies, we take pride in team effort. From the first contact with a client, through the finished product, we give full time and attention to every project. Ron personally meets with each client for a free estimate and an overview of the project. After work starts, he stays on the job until it is complete.

We do not run a large crew with numerous jobs at the same time, which lets us guarantee the quality of our work. We are 100% sure you will be satisfied with Ron and his work ethic, not to mention his creativity and the pride he takes in his skills.

Ron has 27 years of experience in landscaping, patios, and stonework. He is certified by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute.
