Our Process

At Pavers & Ponds Plus we pride ourselves on an efficient and friendly process that works well for everyone involved. We are as flexible as possible in scheduling and in our offerings, and we will work with you every step of the way to ensure your happiness with our work.

Step 1 — Consultation and Design

After you contact us, we will arrange an onsite visit to review your site and discuss your plans and ideas. You will be invited to review an extensive portfolio of our past projects and together we will explore the options for your site, including the many paving materials, garden ornaments, and water features available. You will benefit from our long experience designing and installing projects suitable for sites of all sizes, adapting the scale and materials to suit your style and your budget.

Step 2 — Estimate and Scheduling

Once the general scope of your project is defined, we will develop a detailed estimate of the cost and the time required to turn your concept into reality. We will also attempt to determine where in our calendar we'll be able to work in your job, and give you several options for scheduling the work to suit your needs, particularly if your project will involve several phases.

Step 3 — Work to Completion

Once work begins on your project, we will stay on the job until it is complete, stopping only for necessary breaks such as weather-related delays. Unlike some larger firms, we do not juggle multiple projects and we do not leave our clients hanging while their projects are underway.

Step 4 — Follow-Up

We want you to be happy! Happy customers are our best friends. We stand behind our work and offer a lifetime warranty on pavers and a five-year warranty on workmanship. We hope you will share your experience and recommend us to friends and neighbors, and call on us again when you're ready to carry out your own next great landscape idea.
